ORDERING PROCEDURE

Our products are checked thoroughly prior to despatch, and we take great pride in the quality
of the goods and service we provide. DAMAGED GOODS - If parcels arrive damaged, do not sign for them. Contact us immediately
so that we can ivestigate the situation. If products within the parcel arrive damaged, please notify us within 3 working
days. We may request a photograph of the item before issuing a replacement or refund. Alternatively you may
return the damaged item to us for refund. The cost of postage in such cases will be met by the person returning the
item. LOST GOODS - Delivery times may vary depending on which part of the country you live in, so
please allow 10 days before notifying us of any parcels which do not arrive. DATA PROTECTION ACT No details submitted to us during the course of placing an order will be shared with any
third parties. |
