Your happiness and satisfaction are of great importance to us, and we aim to provide the standard of service that will encourage you to shop with us again and again.  




























ORDERING PROCEDURE

We do not have the facility for on-line shopping at present, but are more than happy to accept orders by e-mail, telephone or post. The minimum order before postage and packing, is £10.00.
 
Once we have received your order, we will check that we have your required items in stock, and add the relevant postal charges before contacting you with the amount you need to send on to us.
 
Goods will be despatched upon the satisfactory clearance of cheques, etc (normally within 10 working days.)  On occasions where it is anticipated that delivery will be delayed longer than 10 days we will inform you.
 
Sorry, we do not accept credit and debit cards for payment.
 
 
CARRIAGE CHARGES
 
UK mainland rates apply according to size and weight of package.  Please contact us for carriage charges to supply goods outside the UK.
 
 
PRICES
 
Our prices are correct at the time of publication, but we reserve the right to alter them. If this is necessary, we will contact you before processing your order.




































RETURNS POLICY

Our products are checked thoroughly prior to despatch, and we take great pride in the quality of the goods and service we provide.

DAMAGED GOODS - If parcels arrive damaged, do not sign for them.  Contact us immediately so that we can ivestigate the situation.  If products within the parcel arrive damaged, please notify us within 3 working days.  We may request a photograph of the item before issuing a replacement or refund.  Alternatively you may return the damaged item to us for refund.  The cost of postage in such cases will be met by the person returning the item. 

LOST GOODS - Delivery times may vary depending on which part of the country you live in, so please allow 10 days before notifying us of any parcels which do not arrive.  

 

DATA PROTECTION ACT

No details submitted to us during the course of placing an order will be shared with any third parties.
