THE BUSINESS
We aim to provide quality items at realistic prices, and because we feel that quality sells itself there will never be any high pressure sales, just genuine advice if it is requested. Every customer is important to us, and whether the purchase be large or small, we hope you will be equally satisfied with both the product and the service.

Our main objective is to deliver a service that ensures the happiness and satisfaction of our customers. This is not just a business to us, but about being committed to showing that we care. We want to put the personal touch back into your shopping experience, so that you will use us again. If you visit us and only leave with a smile, that's great, because we trust you'll be back!
SIMPLY MAGICKAL -
My husband Mike, and I had discussed the possibility of having our own business for more years than I care to remember. It was not until we moved to live in Wales however, that the idea really took off. Both originally from Birmingham in the Midlands, we decided quite spontaneously one day to follow our hearts and head for the hills! So it was, that in 1999 we relocated to Montgomery in Powys, where we begun selling at local arts and craft fairs etc. That was it, we'd been bitten, and in September, 2006, after moving to Presteigne, (still in lovely border country) we opened the doors of Simply Magickal.
THE PREMISES
Simply Magickal, is located roughly half way along the High Street.
MYSTIC MOG
Our lovable feline, Joe is a real character and we thought he was worthy of a place on the 'About Us' page, as he really is a part of the family and the 'Magickal Team'.
